The food was outstanding. Due to language skill the prestation of the different plates was a bit restricted. However, with mutual goodwill, the evening was excellent.

Best tagliatelle Rag&uacute; we&rsquo;ve ever had (including in Italy)! The pizza has the best fresh flavors and the pizza dough- so good. We&rsquo;ve been several times and will continue to go!

I have been here many times the food is always excellent and the owner always comes out to chat.  He highly recommend!

The restaurant was very cosy and charming. The service was friendly, genuine and attentive. We had the degustation menu with matching wines and it was innovative and delicious. The wines were nicely paired with each dish. I highly recommended this restaurant.

Attentive service.  Very accommodating -  I found the degustation menu filling and asked to takeaway the last 2 courses which they helped me pack.  Their goat sirloin was absolutely divine!

We had an exceptional meal at Bolivar. The service was perfect: efficient and friendly. The food was outstanding. Our best meal in Madrid.
